Quesadillas at Cape16 and they are fabulous. The peppers and mushrooms and fresh cheese make this meal. I shared half with my girlfriend, and have no complaints about the bacon cheeseburger either. Friendly staff and wonderful food!

My family was travelling to PEI and we decided to stop for a bite to eat. Because we were in a bit of a time crunch, we chose to eat on the Bistro side as opposed sitting down in the restaurant. Wow! Their sandwiches were awesome. Everyone found something they liked whether sandwich or salad - my husband raved about the Thanksgiving sandwich. The seating was cute and comfortable and we noticed a great selection of baked goods and local produce. The staff were super friendly and told us that it was just our luck that they had an ice cream event on that day, so after we ate we bought some ice cream and were able to decorate our own sundaes with a huge assortment of toppings. The kids were in sugary ice cream heaven!!!! We didn't intend to stay so long, but the memories we'll have from our stop are well worth it!read more

Stayed at a cottage not far from here. Dinner of fish and chips was the best fish I have ever had, and I’m a fish and chip fiend. Then breakfast absolutely spot on. Would recommend without hesitation. Now the raspberry white chocolate cake slices to die for. I’m not usually a sweets person but the bakery items are amazing. Oh and then the baked bread was east coast delicious. Staff was amazing. Tables were full the whole time yet they found the time to refill coffee and give you just enough attention a customer deserves. Not a bad thing to say about this little gem. Highly recommend.

Top notch service. The whole place has been redone, and it's bright, well stocked, and clean. I placed a catering order through email, and everything was taken care of. Choices were clear, replies were prompt and friendly. Price was quite reasonable. When we picked up the order, everything was ready to go. The roasted chicken salad sandwich on homemade bread was a crowd pleaser. The slaw was fresh. But the variety of squares that they gave us was out of this world! Definitely the best place for baked goods and food for miles around (except your family's kitchen, of course!).

The staff was very friendly. The reason I am giving one star 🌟 is because of food quality. Food wasn’t good at all and I felt like I wasted my money. Most of my food tasted freezer burn. :(

I'm here off season and the staff is still friendly and helpful. The fresh bread smells and tastes is amazing. The gelato is super rich. They have classic hard to find sodas here too!

Incredibly nice staff!! Needed to get hamburgers for camping, we got there 15-20mins after they closed. One of the staff there saw us looking inside, and politely opened the door and told us they closed 15 minutes ago. Thankfully she asked what we were looking for. We explained how we were road tripping, and staying at a campsite near by, and were looking to buy dinner. Out of the kindness of their hearts they opened the door to us. They went completely out of their way to service us. They took burgers from their kitchen and worked out a price for us. Unbelievable hospitality!! Saved our butts! Big thank you, won't forget the kindness!!

Used to be a nice little stop on the way to PEI for nice baked goods. Must be under new ownership or trying to fund their renovations, prices are ridiculous and small selection of baked goods. Won’t be back.

Such an amazing place! We showed up 20minutes after it closed and still were able to get food on our long road trip! It was fantastic food to top it all off ! Incredible spot

Very good family restaurant/ice cream and bakery/clothing store. Was looking for a healthy meal for a one year old at the restaurant, and server said they can prepare what's on the menu grilled instead of fried. Resently under new management. Excellent service and very nice staff. Plus super good non expensive ice cream.
